As a freelance contributor to Austin360’s “A-List”, I wrote scene reports and covered Austin’s entertainment scene through social photography. Austin360 A-List was one of the first online social scene news media coverage that predated Instagram. Through my contributions, the “A-list” was a frequent top section of the Austin360 website, helping to connect people to their social experiences and to Austin360 as a source of quality coverage. In addition, my photos were sold through the Austin360.com website to the public, creating an income stream for content. In addition, I was a published author in a print article for the Austin American-Statesman. Other freelance writing credits include The Onion and eHow.com.
